GRIT: Cardio

This explosive, 30-minute team training session combines high impact body weight exercises and uses no equipment.

GRIT: Plyo

Combining the principles of plyometrics and power agility training, these 30-minute team training sessions on a bench will build a powerful, agile and athletic body.

GRIT: Strength

This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

Legs, Bums and Tums

Warm up and then tone, tone, tone! Exercises for specific muscle groups will tone and shape the lower body. Involves low impact aerobics with core and strength exercises.


Low Aerobics

Our range of fitness sessions for over 50’s are uniquely designed to address your changing body’s needs and to inspire you to get in the best shape of your life.


Low Circuit

A low intensity class including strengthening and toning exercises. Aimed at beginners or those returning to exercise.


Pilates

A gentle and effective form of exercise that can be practised by people of all ages and abilities. Floor based session with slow controlled movements to strengthen and tone the body, improving posture and increasing flexibility.


Yoga

A combination of physical and mental disciplines promoting strength, flexibility and mental relaxation.


Zumba

A Latin inspired, easy to follow programme that blends red hot international music whilst being an exhilarating, calorie-burning dance.
